Equity and Equity-Linked
We structure and execute complex equity and equity-linked offerings to help our clients finance their businesses, key acquisitions and other important strategic initiatives. These transactions include initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, sell-downs for major shareholders, block trades, accelerated bookbuilding offerings and convertible securities issues.

Private Placements
Private equity offerings have been becoming more common and are utilized by our clients on a number of different occasions, such as: i) private companies who wish to raise capital while remaining private, ii) early stage companies who wish to raise growth capital but are not yet ready to become public entities and iii) public companies who wish to issue private securities. Examples of private placements include growth / seed capital, pre-IPO convertibles and private investments in public equity (PIPEs).
